If you have changed your mind and not happy with order, please return your order within 14 days for the refund of items value.Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and sealable condition with protective seals intact.

Since we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit, we strongly recommend to use registered post or obtain stamped or signed postal payment check. Refunds will be made in to account payment was received from. No cash or check alternatives will be provided. If any order has been received faulty or damaged, IrishBarber will be happy to replace or issue refund subject to inspection. The order should be returned to us before replacement can be claimed. If return is not possible, due to condition, IrishBarber will be happy to accept photographic evidence.

When ordered items are returned for exchange, the replacement order is subject to postal charges, depending on country in question. The Exchange or Refund only can be carried out after it’s been received by IrishBarber and is in satisfactory condition as outlined above.
